Realme Smartphones sold out 5.2
million phones in one month during festive season sales; During four rounds of
Realme Festive Season sales last month, the company sold 5.2 million
smartphones.

Realme shipped 10 million smartphones in
Q3 2019, the smartphone brand announced this week that it managed to sell half
of that figure in just one month. Realme Festive Season sales between September
30 to October 31, Realme sold 5.2 million smartphones and reinforced its
position as the top-selling phone brand on Flipkart. The number 1 brand on Flipkart,
Realme also became the fourth biggest brand in India in Q3 2019. Realme also
announced it touched the number 3 position in September 2019. Courterpoint's
report added that the company now ranks 7th in the global smartphone market.
Over 10 million shipments this past quarter, Realme posted an 808 per cent year-on-year growth in shipments. Phones like the Realme C2, Realme 3i and Realme 5 were among the company's best-selling models during the festive season sales last month. Realme has launched a little over a dozen smartphones since its debut last year in May. These include Realme 1, Realme 2, Realme 3, Realme 2 Pro, Realme 3 Pro, Realme U1, Realme C1, Realme C2, Realme 3i, Realme X, Realme 5 and Realme 5 Pro and Realme XT.
Realme plans to launch at least
two more smartphones before 2019 ends. One of them will be the flagship Realme
X2 Pro that is powered by a Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC, sports a 90Hz display and
features a 64MP quad camera setup. Realme X2 Pro will launch later this month.
In December, Realme will also bring the Realme XT 730G smartphone that is
powered by a Snapdragon 730G SoC.
