Central Board of Secondary Education-(CBSE), CBSE will be releasing the CBSE Class 10, 12 (Class X & XII) Board Results 2021 very soon. The results for CBSE Class 10 is expected to be released immediately now. As for CBSE 12th, the results are scheduled for July 30, 2021.

CBSE Class 12 results will be based on the Class 10 components-30 per cent based on the best three performing subjects in, the board exams, class 11 components (30 per cent) will be based on the final exam and class 12 component -40 per cent based on Unit Test/midterm/Pre-Board Examination. CBSE Optional Exams for Class 10 & Class 12
In this year CBSE-Central Board of Secondary Education is giving students the option to sit for optional or special exams. Students who will not be satisfied with their results in the Board exams, they can opt to appear for these optional exams. The full details on them will be made available later, after CBSE Results 2021 get declared. Students can then register for these exams to improve their scores.

CBSE Class 10 & 12 Result 2021 is expected to be released soon. While the official place to access results is- CBSE result website https://cbseresults.nic.in/, there is another platform as well. CBSE site often goes down after the result gets released. In such a case, students can also access their results from Digilocker by going to digilocker.gov.in.

CBSE Passing Criteria & Evaluation Criteria
CBSE-Central Board of Secondary Education's Passing Criteria has not changed. Students need to score 33 percent in their subjects individually and overall to be promoted to the next class. In this year, the evaluation criteria were developed based on internal evaluation and students would be awarded marks based on their performance in Pre-Board, Half yearly and (PA)Periodic exams conducted by schools.
